The Calculated Measures Manager is used to define your own measures at runtime, or when you need a measure that uses values from other standard measures. See section 4.4.4 of the User Guide for further details.
You can activate the Calculated Measure Manager from the
Measure Manager by clicking on the 
button.
You can also activate it by clicking on the 
image on the Measures Toolbar.
